Noise and vehicle emissions

39. Noise and vehicle emissions

Nothing in the Environment Protection Act 1970, the Health Act 1958 or the
Local Government Act 1989 or regulations or local laws under any of those Acts
applies in respect of-

   (a)  vehicle emissions in; or

   (b)  noise emanating from-

the declared area in respect of a year during the race period in respect of
that year.
