Power to enter Albert Park

31. Power to enter Albert Park



(1) The Corporation, its servants, agents and any person authorised by it may,
for the purpose of carrying out the functions and exercising the powers of the
Corporation under this Act, but subject to and in accordance with this Act,
enter, carry out works in and use any part of Albert Park.

(2) Subsection (1) has effect despite anything to the contrary in any Order in
Council, or Crown grant, or in the Land Act 1958, the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 or any other Act or law.
