24. Borrowing, investing and other financial powers



(1) The Corporation has the powers conferred on it by the
Borrowing and Investment Powers Act 1987.

(2) The Corporation may, with the approval of the Treasurer, enter into
arrangements for the protection of the value of its assets or liabilities
against movements in interest rates or currency rates.
