Chief executive officer

19. Chief executive officer



(1) The Corporation may appoint a person approved by the Minister as the chief
executive officer of the Corporation.

(2) A chief executive officer holds office for such term, not exceeding 3
years, and on such other terms and conditions, as are determined by the
Corporation and specified in the instrument of appointment.
