Validity of decisions

17. Validity of decisions

An act or decision of the Corporation is not invalid-

   (a)  by reason only-

   (i)  of a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment
        of a member; or

   (ii) of a vacancy in the office of a member; or

   (b)  on the ground that the occasion for an acting member to act had not
        arisen or had ceased.
