15. Proceedings of the Corporation



(1) One half of the members for the time being appointed to the Corporation
constitute a quorum of the Corporation.

(2) A question arising at a meeting shall be determined by a majority of votes
of the members present who are eligible to vote, and vote, on that question
and, if voting is equal, the chairperson or other member presiding, has a
casting as well as a deliberative, vote.

(3) The Corporation must ensure that accurate minutes are kept of its
meetings.

(4) Subject to this Act, the Corporation may regulate its own proceedings.
