Re-insurance arrangements

76. Re-insurance arrangements



(1) Any re-insurance arrangement in force under section 34 immediately before
the commencement of Part 2 of the Accident Compensation (Amendment) Act 1998
is by virtue of this section terminated.





(2) Despite any Act or law to the contrary, the State of Victoria and the
Authority are not liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever
resulting from the termination of a re-insurance arrangement under this
section.

(3) The termination of a re-insurance arrangement under this section does not
affect any rights, obligations and liabilities accrued or incurred before the
commencement of Part 2 of the Accident Compensation (Amendment) Act 1998.
