Transfer of rights, obligations and liabilities

64. Transfer of rights, obligations and liabilities

The liability of an authorised insurer to indemnify an employer under a
WorkCover insurance policy and the rights, obligations and liabilities of the
authorised insurer under the WorkCover insurance policy are by virtue of this
section transferred to the Authority.
