Registration of section 55(2)(a) employer

58. Registration of section 55(2)(a) employer



(1) An employer to whom section 55(2)(a) applies must apply to the Authority
to be registered and must submit the registration fee fixed in the premiums
order.

(2) An employer who fails to comply with subsection (1) is to be treated as
being uninsured during the relevant policy period.
