Payment of premiums

42. Payment of premiums



(1) An employer must pay any premium under a WorkCover insurance policy direct
to the Authority or where appropriate to an authorised agent.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) A reference to a premium in this section includes a reference to a part of
a premium.
