Application of Act

4. Application of Act

This Act does not apply to a self-insurer under Part V of the
Accident Compensation Act 1985 except in relation to the employment of a
worker within the meaning of paragraph (d) or (e) of the definition of worker
in section 5(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985.
