Records and evidence relating to licences

37. Records and evidence relating to licences



(1) The Authority must keep records in relation to all licences granted by the
Authority, including particulars of-

   (a)  the granting, refusal, duration, conditions, cancellation and
        suspension of licences; and

   (b)  such other matters relating to licences as the Authority considers
        appropriate.

(2) A certificate issued by the Authority certifying that on any date or
during any period specified in the certificate the particulars set forth in
the certificate as to any of the matters referred to in subsection (1) did or
did not appear on or from the records of the Authority is admissible in any
proceedings and is evidence of the particulars certified in the certificate.
