Notice of adjustment

29. Notice of adjustment





(1) A notice to an employer under section 26(4), 28(2) or 28B(2) must state
the amount of premium that is payable, or that should have been paid, for the
relevant period.

(2) On the giving of the notice to the employer, the amount stated under
subsection (1) becomes the premium payable by the employer.
