37. Cooperation with law enforcement agencies and coordination with overseas
authorities



(1) In performing its functions under this Act, the ACC must, so far as is
practicable, work in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

(2) In performing its functions under this Act, the ACC may coordinate its
activities with the activities of authorities and persons in other countries
performing functions similar to functions of the ACC.
