Commencement

2. Commencement



(1) This Act (except the provisions referred to in subsection (2)) comes into
operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The following provisions come into operation on a day or days to be
proclaimed-

   (a)  paragraphs (d) and (e) of the definition of Commonwealth body or
        person in section 3(1);

   (b)  section 15;

   (c)  Division 3 of Part 2;



   (d)  section 44(1)(b);

   (e)  items 11 and 14 of Schedule 1.
