PART 1 PRELIMINARY

Purposes

1. Purposes

The purposes of this Act are to-

   (a)  make provision for the operation of the Australian Crime Commission in
        Victoria;

   (b)  repeal the National Crime Authority (State Provisions) Act 1984;

   (c)  make consequential amendments to various Acts.
