Transitional-Members of the Board

44. Transitional-Members of the Board

Any person who, immediately before the commencement of section 20 held office
as a member of the Appeal Costs Board, continues, on and from the commencement
of that section, to hold that office for the balance of his or her term of
appointment but may be re-appointed or resign in accordance with this Act.
