Regulations

41. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any
matter or thing that is required or permitted to be prescribed or necessary to
be prescribed to give effect to this Act.

(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Governor in Council may make
regulations for or with respect to-

   (a)  the making of payments under this Act;

   (b)  prescribing the maximum amount payable pursuant to an indemnity
        certificate.
