APPEAL COSTS ACT 1998 - SECT 37
No appeal against grant or refusal of, or limitation on, indemnity certificate(1) The grant or refusal of an indemnity certificate by a court is in its discretion.
(2) No appeal lies against a grant or refusal by a court of an indemnity certificate.

(3) No appeal lies against a grant by a court of an indemnity certificate that is limited in accordance with section 31A.
