No payments without a certificate of the Board

35. No payments without a certificate of the Board



(1) No amount is to be paid under this Act otherwise than in accordance with a
certificate of the Board.

(2) The Board must not issue a certificate for the payment of any amount under
this Act unless it is satisfied that the payment is authorised by this Act and
that the provisions of this Act and the regulations in relation to a claim for
the payment have been complied with.

(3) Any money that the Board is required to pay under this Act is to be paid
out of money made available to the Board for the purpose.
