Board need not hold hearing

27A. Board need not hold hearing



(1) The Board may determine an application for payment under this Act without
holding a hearing.

(2) The Board may, in its discretion, give an applicant for payment under this
Act an opportunity to appear before the Board to be heard in relation to the
application.
