APPEAL COSTS ACT 1998 - SECT 27

(1) The Board has the powers conferred by sections 14, 15, 16 and 21(1) of the Evidence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1958 , as in force immediately before their repeal, on a board appointed by the Governor in Council.
(2) The Board may agree to pay to any applicant any amount in respect of the cost of making an application to it that it thinks fit.
(3) Any amount that the Board agrees to pay to an applicant under subsection (2) must be included in any certificate issued under section 35 to that applicant.
