APPEAL COSTS ACT 1998 - SECT 23
Term of appointment and termination(1) A member holds office, subject to this Act, for a term of 3 years from the date of appointment and is eligible for re-appointment.
(2) The Attorney-General may at any time terminate the appointment of a member.
