Membership

22. Membership



(1) The Board consists of the following members appointed by the
Attorney-General-

   (a)  a chairperson; and

   (b)  as many other persons as the Attorney-General thinks fit.

(2) The Public Administration Act 2004 (other than Part 3 of that Act) applies
to a member in respect of the office of member.
