Authority to fund the Service

52L. Authority to fund the Service



(1) The Authority must give the Service sufficient resources to enable the
Service to meet all the expenses it incurs.

(2) Despite subsection (1), the Authority must not with respect to any
financial year, without the written approval of the Minister, give the Service
a total amount greater than the amount shown in the Service's annual budget as
the Service's proposed total expenditure for that year.
