Appeals to Supreme Court

51. Appeals to Supreme Court



(1) On the hearing of an appeal under section 52 by the Supreme Court, the
Supreme Court may make such order as it thinks fit and may by such order
confirm, reduce, increase or vary the assessment, decision or determination.

(2) The costs of the appeal shall be in the discretion of the Supreme Court.
