Operating and financial report

34A. Operating and financial report



(1) The Authority must as soon as possible after 31 December but not later
than 28 February submit to the Minister an operating and financial report.

(2) The operating and financial report must be in a form and contain such
matters as may be required by the Minister.

(3) The Authority must ensure that the operating and financial report is
publicly available within 14 days after it is submitted to the Minister.
