Procedure for assessment of impairment

115C. Procedure for assessment of impairment

For the purposes of section 115(e)-

   (a)  the worker must-

   (i)  have made a claim for compensation under section 98C; and

   (ii) have had the degree of his or her impairment assessed under section
        104B; and

   (b)  either-

   (i)  the worker must have advised the Authority or self-insurer under
        section 104B(7) that he or she accepts the assessments; or

   (ii) the assessments must have been referred to a Medical Panel under
        section 104B(9) and the Medical Panel must have given its opinion in
        relation to the assessments.
