Persons deemed to be workers under relevant contracts

10. Persons deemed to be workers under relevant contracts



(1) This section applies to a person who would, but for section 9(1)(e)(iii),
be a worker in relation to a relevant contract.

(2) If a person to whom this section applies is injured, the Authority may, if
it is satisfied that the services provided by that person under a contract
would have been likely to have been provided for 90 days or more in the
financial year, determine that the person is, for the purposes of this Act, to
be deemed to be a worker.
