AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONTROL OF USE) ACT 1992 - SECT 48
Contaminated stock order(1) The Governor in Council may, by Order, regulate the identification, treatment, transport, sale or handling of contaminated stock.
(2) A person to whom an Order applies must comply with the Order.
Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(3) The Order must be published in the Government Gazette and takes effect on the day of publication or any later day specified in the Order.
