AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (VICTORIA) ACT 1994 - SECT 22
Agreements and arrangements(1) The Minister, or a person authorised in writing by the Minister, may enter into an agreement or arrangement with the Commonwealth Minister for the performance of functions or the exercise of powers by the NRA as an agent of the State.
(2) The NRA has the functions and powers mentioned in the agreement or arrangement.
