76. Applicants residing within 32 kilometres of Melbourne

Where at the time of making his application the fixed place of abode of an
applicant seeking aid pursuant to section seventy-one of this Act is within a
radius of 32 kilometres from the post office at the corner of Bourke and
Elizabeth streets, Melbourne, such applicant shall not apply to a registrar of
the Magistrates' Court but may apply to the registrar of probates.
