Satisfaction as to value
74. Satisfaction as to value
If the registrar of probates or registrar of the Magistrates' Court has reason
to believe that the whole real and personal property of the deceased person
exceeds in value $25 000 or (if the case so requires) $50 000 he shall refuse
to proceed with the application until he is satisfied as to the real value
thereof.
