72. Registrar of probates may issue grant to County Court registrar for
applicant



(1) No affidavit as to caveats or searches in the office of the registrar of
probates on an application under this Part shall be required; and the
registrar of probates if and when satisfied that the affidavits are sufficient
and that no caveat exists against the application and that no will is
deposited in the office of the registrar of probates shall issue probate or
administration to the applicant pursuant to section twelve of this Act.
