Act not to affect certain cases

69. Act not to affect certain cases

Nothing in this Part shall-

   (a)  derogate from the powers of the Court which exist independently of
        this Act;

   (b)  affect any enactment in force dispensing with probate or
        administration;

   (c)  affect any enactment in force expressly regulating the distribution of
        money or other property of a deceased person.
