Practice in probate jurisdiction

67. Practice in probate jurisdiction

The practice of the Court in its probate jurisdiction shall except where
otherwise expressly provided in this or any other Act or by Rules of Court for
the time being in force be regulated so far as the circumstances of the case
will admit by the practice of the Court in its ecclesiastical jurisdiction in
force previously to the first day of January One thousand eight hundred and
seventy-three.
