Transitional for certain State Trustees powers

30E. Transitional for certain State Trustees powers

Despite the repeal of section 30B, that section as in force immediately before
the commencement of section 6 of the State Trustees (Amendment) Act 1998
continues to apply to State Trustees in respect of any action taken by State
Trustees in accordance with that section before that commencement.
