Rights and liabilities of administrator

27. Rights and liabilities of administrator

Every person to whom administration of the estate of a deceased person is
granted shall subject to the limitations contained in the grant have the same
rights and liabilities and be accountable in like manner as if he were the
executor of the deceased.

Subdivision 2-Duties rights and obligations
