Effect of recognition of adoption under this Part
69V. Effect of recognition of adoption under this Part
Subject to section 69W, if the adoption of a child is recognised under section
69U, then, for the purposes of the laws of Victoria, the adoption has the same
effect as an adoption order under this Act5.
