Application for accreditation

69N. Application for accreditation



(1) An approved agency, or an organization that has applied for approval as an
approved agency, may apply to the State Central Authority for accreditation as
an accredited body for the purposes of the Hague Convention.

(2) An application must-

   (a)  contain the prescribed information; and

   (b)  nominate a person to be the principal officer of the accredited body
        for the purposes of this Act.
