Duration of interim orders

63. Duration of interim orders



(1) Subject to this Division, an interim order remains in force for such
period, not exceeding one year, as the Court specifies in the order and for
such further periods, if any, as the Court may from time to time order.

(2) An interim order shall not be in force for periods exceeding in the
aggregate two years.
