Certificate of adoption

52. Certificate of adoption

Where the Court makes an order for the adoption of a child, the Court shall
issue to the person or persons in whose favour the order is made a certificate
stating the date on which the order was made, the name of the adoptive parent
or adoptive parents, the name that, under the order, is the name of the child,
the place of birth of the child and such other matters as the Court
determines.
