30. Notice of approval to be published in Government Gazette



(1) Notice of the approval or renewal of the approval of any welfare
organization as an approved agency under this Division and of the revocation
or suspension of any such approval shall be published in the Government
Gazette.

(2) Each such notice shall specify the address of the principal officer of the
welfare organization concerned and the full name of the principal officer and
deputy principal officer (if any) of the organization.
