Renewal of approval

26. Renewal of approval



(1) An approved agency may apply in writing to the Secretary for renewal of
approval as an adoption agency.

(2) Where the Secretary receives an application under subsection (1), the
Secretary shall publish notice of the application in the Government Gazette.

(3) The Secretary may, as the Secretary thinks fit, grant or refuse an
application under subsection (1) as if it were an application under section
21.
