13. Special Investigations Monitor may report on breaches

If, as a result of an inspection under this Division of the records of the
Police Force, the Special Investigations Monitor is of the opinion that an
officer of the Police Force has contravened-

   (a)  a provision of the Commonwealth Act; or

   (b)  a requirement referred to in section 7(1)(a) or (b)-

the Special Investigations Monitor may include in his or her report on the
inspection a report on the contravention.
