Employment of Keeper of Public Records and other employees

6. Employment of Keeper of Public Records and other employees



(1) A Keeper of the Public Records and any employees that are necessary for
the purposes of this Act are to be employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004.





(2) Subject to this Act and to the general direction and control of the
Minister, the Keeper of Public Records shall have the management and control
of the Public Record Office and of all public records therein.
