62. Annual reports



The Privacy Commissioner must each year include the following information in
the report of operations of the office under Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994-

   (a)  the number of audits of records of personal information conducted
        under section 58(j) during the preceding financial year; and

   (b)  the organisations in respect of which those audits were conducted.
