Delegation

61. Delegation



(1) The Privacy Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to an employee
referred to in section 57(1) any of his or her powers under this Act other
than this power of delegation.

(2) The Privacy Commissioner may, by instrument, delegate to any person any of
his or her powers under Division 3 of Part 5.
