PART 7 PRIVACY COMMISSIONER

Privacy Commissioner

50. Privacy Commissioner



(1) There shall be a Privacy Commissioner who shall be appointed by the
Governor in Council.

(2) The Privacy Commissioner shall not be a member of the Parliament of
Victoria or of the Commonwealth or of any other State or a Territory.
