Time limits for certain complaints

41. Time limits for certain complaints



(1) The Tribunal must commence hearing a complaint within 30 days after its
referral to the Tribunal if the complaint was referred to it by the Minister
under section 31.

(2) The Tribunal, constituted by a presidential member, may extend the period
of 30 days under subsection (1) by one further period of not more than 30
days.
